岗位职责：

组织拟定管理公司的财务管理规定，建立企业内部会计控制制度，监督检查各级财务运作和资金收支情况。

审核管理公司财务报表和报告，并确认其真实性、准确性后上报上级公司和其他有关单位。

检查、审核与分析财务计划和预算的编制情况，对预算的执行结果及时上报业主主管部门。

负责企业财会机构、职务的设置和财务人员的配备、聘任提出方案。

每季度向上级财务部门报告本企业主要的财务工作及存在的问题，并提出相关建议，重大问题要不定期及时报告。

主管公司重大财务收支工作，重大财务收支必须及时上报业主企业负责人批准。

7) The participation countersigns involves the significantfinancial revenue and expenditure the operational program, the economiccontract sign.

参与会签涉及重大财务收支的业务方案、经济合同的签订。

8) Participation draws up enterprise's appropriation ofprofit plan.

参与拟定企业的利润分配方案。

9) To appear in the management violates the national lawsand regulations, the group to stipulate and to harm the proprietary equity thebehavior, are authorized to make stops and corrects.

对在管理中出现的违反国家法规、集团规定和损害业主权益的行为，有权做出制止和纠正。
