Responsibilities:
职务描述:1.管理前厅部各方面的职责。
Manage all aspects of the duties of Front Office.
2.对前厅部员工的工作执行管理。Front Office staff for execution management.
3. 监督前厅人员确保客人受到即时的, 热情的和个性化的服务。Monitor Front Office personnel to ensure guests receive prompt, cordial attention and personal recognition.
4. 监督前厅和特殊客户的关系, 确保员工辨别瑞享成员和回头客以 及其他VIP客户, 为其提供个性化的服务。
Monitor Front Office and particularly Guest Relations personnel, to ensure HHon members, known repeat guests and other VIPs receive special attention and recognition.
5. 控制可用房,房型,正确房数和价格类别。
Control the availability of rooms, rooms’ types, and accuracy of room count and rate categories.
6. 在维护高服务标准的同时将酒店收益、平均房价及入住率最大化。
Maximize occupancy, revenue and average rate while maintaining high service standards.
7. 与管家部保持联系,确保房间已被维护。Liaise with Housekeeping Department to ensure room image is maintained.
8. 在委婉拒绝客人时要保证没有损坏信誉。
Turn away guests if occupancies deem it necessary ensuring no good-will is lost.
9.与行政管家保持联系确保特殊客人的需求,和其它房间有关要求的执行。
Liaise closely with Executive Housekeeper to ensure special guest needs, amenities and other room related requests are met.
10.加强信贷政策和程序以及与财务部门保持联系确保程序得以适当执行。Be aware of credit policies and procedures and liaise closely with Finance Department to ensure that credit procedures are properly carried out.
11. 了解系统恢复程序。
Know system recovery procedures.
12. 为前厅部门编写统计表和提供相关区域报告 。
Compile statistics for front office and provide reports relating to that area.
13. 处理好部门内部的人际关系确保客户服务按高质量完成。
Maintain inter-departmental relationships to ensure seamless customer service.
14.时常检查清洁卫生, 大堂, 接待处和收银台以及任意一个地方, VIP房优先完成。
Inspect frequently for cleanliness and orderliness, the lobby, reception and cashier’s desk and, on a random basis, VIP rooms prior to arrival.
15.为前厅部员工做工作时间表, 员工节假日和休假的排班安排。
Assist in the preparation of efficient work schedule for Front Office Staff, arranging holidays and vacation, taking into consideration project occupancy and forecasts and any large group movements, especially those with early or late arrivals or departures.
16. 监督员工的仪容仪表卫生状况要达到规定的标准。
Maintain appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniforms, appearance and posture of departmental employees.
17.促进酒店内部销售和设施。Promote Inter-hotel sales and in house facilities.
