1.根据公司指示,联络管理层,控制资产项目计划以确保资产基金有效被分配及预算.
Control of Capital Project Planning, in liaison with management, to ensure capital funding is effectively allocated and budgeted in accordance with company directives and philosophy.
2.计划, 执行及管理一个能源管理计划,通过建立减低能源消耗目标, 保养记录, 定期报告业绩来达到这些目标.
Plan, implement and administer an energy management program by establishing energy reduction objectives, the maintenance of records and regular reporting of performance against these objectives.
3.引导并教育员工对能源保护的意识,对员工在能源保护及成本效益方面进行培训.
Ensure the staff awareness of energy management within the property by conducting regular education and training programs on energy conservation and matters related to efficient operation of equipment in a cost-effective fashion.
4.在工程, 环境控制, 有效营运方面为管理层提供建议
Provide advice to senior management on all aspects of engineering support, environmental controls and the operational efficiency of the property.
5.评估部门内每个员工的工作表现及工作能力.教育并发展技术上能干的工程部职员.
A technically competent engineering staff by selecting, training and developing a motivated, well-qualified maintenance team. Carry out regular work sampling studies within the department and evaluate the performance and productivity of personnel.
岗位要求
1.大专以上文化程度；8年以上同岗位工作经验。有一定外语水平，能借助工具书阅读有关专业文献。
Above college degree with 8 years working experience. Have certain foreign language level, can read the professional literature with the help of reference books.
2.必须掌握机电工程设计基础知识、熟悉电子通讯设备、计算机、暖通、空调、给排水设备、电梯等的使用和维护管理，熟悉基建、环境保护、安全生产、劳动保护方面的政策与法规。
Master the basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering design,be familiar with electronic communication equipment, computer, hvac, air conditioning, water supply and drainage equipment, elevator operation and maintenance management, be familiar with construction, environmental protection, safety production, labor protection policies and regulations.
3.有强烈的事业心责任感，有较强的自学能力和适应性，秉公办事，不谋私利。
Have a strong dedication to work sense of responsibility, have strong ability of self-study and adaptability, and impartially, no gain
