工作职责

· 负责大厦空调主机运行和维护保养。

· 负责大厦空调系统水泵运行和维护保养。

· 负责大厦空调冷却塔运行和维护保养。

· 负责大厦内所有空调新风机运行和维护保养。

· 负责大厦内客户的风机盘管的维护保养。

· 负责大厦内所有送、排风设备运行和维护保养。

· 负责大厦内所有空调水路、阀门、保温、计量设施的维护保养。

· 负责大厦内所有空调风道、风阀、压力计量设施的维护保养。

· 负责大厦内所有与空调设备相关的维修、装修、改造工程的监管。

· 完成上级指派的其他工作。

职位要求

基本素质：工作认真负责具有团结协作精神。

文化程度：具有技校以上学历。

工作经验：具有1年以上设备维修工作经验1年以上的空调系统或给排水系统维修工作经验。

特殊要求：持有有关部门颁发的空调制冷维修证书及电、气焊操作证书。
