岗位职责：
1、会议接待准备工作；
2、负责会议期间的礼仪、茶水、果点服务等工作，保证参会人员的随时服务需求；
3、会议结束后的清场工作；
4、日常会议室的使用、登记及各会议室之间的工作协调配合；
5、公司办公用品及会议用品的管理工作；
6、负责领导办公室服务.

任职条件：
1.高中以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理、秘书、物业等相关专业毕业；
2.熟悉office办公软件；
3.具有良好的沟通表达能力及应变能力，具有较强的团队意识；
4.熟悉会议服务工作流程及职责，能够独立完成并安排各项工作；
5.气质佳，有一定英语口语基础优先.
