Represent the HR function on the hotel’s Executive Committee in the absence of the Director of Human Resources.

Responsible for the recruitment, selection and employment of Middle Management and operative employees in conjunction with Department Heads, and to assist the HR Director to oversee the hotel’s recruitment and selection process.

Assist the HR Director with the employee benefits and salary administration.

协助人力资源总监管理员工薪资福利

Assist with the periodic salary and benefits survey.

协助人力资源总监对薪资福利的市场情况做定期调查

Assist the HR Director with the compilation and implementation of various employee communications and committees.

Coordinate the administration of the employee performance appraisal program.

Counsel employees in career prospects, job related issues, and personal issues if and when required.

Assist in the preparation of the annual HR budget and yearly manpower forecast.
