MAJOR FUNCTION 职责概述 :

Develops the group’s HR strategy in conjunction with the mission, goals and objectives of the group and presents to Executive Committee

根据酒店集团的职责，目标和方向制定酒店集团的人力资源战略，并呈交给酒店集团行政委员会审阅。

To do whatever it takes to provide exceptional service for our employees and to strive for excellence to achieve employee satisfaction.

SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作职责 :

1. To make the organization structure of JC Hotel Group.

制度酒店集团的组织结构

2. To make HR Policies and Procedures for JC Hotel Group and hotels.

制定酒店管理集团人力资源规章制度以及下属酒店制度模板

3. To make recruitment system of JC Hotel Group

制定酒店集团招聘制度

4. To make Induction and Orientation procedures

完善新员工入职培训程序

5. To make training procedures of JC Hotel Group

制定酒店集团培训制度

6. To make the Performance Appraisal system of JC Hotel Group

制定酒店集团工作表现评估系统

7. To make the Transfer and promotion procedures of JC Hotel Group

制定酒店管理集团调任和晋级程序

8. To make the Develops a hotel succession plan of JC Hotel Group

制定酒店集团接班人计划。

9. Designs HR forms, documents and processes

设计人力资源表格，文件和程序。

10. Conducts training for manages in HR specialty areas (recruitment; effective roster costing; appraisals, etc.)

为经理们提供与人力资源领域相关的培训。

11. Establish relationships with external organizations including government training agencies; training consultants; private training providers and professional associations.

与外部机构建立良好的关系，包括政府培训机构、培训顾问、培训供应商和行业协会。

12. Provide advice to the General Manager which will assist in the meeting of strategic objectives

13. Manage the legal issues of the department

14. Respond to requests for information from internal and external sources, including Corporate Office

15. Maintain remuneration scales in accordance with financial objectives

16. Plan bonus, commission and incentive schemes for relevant staff

17. Ensures comprehensive and regular staff communication sessions

确保全面的、常规性的与员工交流思想。

18. Works with Director of Finance in the preparation and management of the Department’s budget

与财务总监一起编制和管理部门预算。

19. To perform any other duties as assigned by the Management.

完成管理层交给的其它任务。

Profile of Competency

工作能力:

· equivalent plus 5 years of related experience in the position of DHR

5年人力资源总监职位的相关工作经验

· Thorough understanding of personnel and training functions

了解人事和培训的所有职能

· Experienced in policy development and business planning in group operation有完善政策和制定酒店商业运营计划的经验

· Good knowledge and understanding of labour law application and requirement.熟悉和了解劳动法

· Outgoing and pleasant character with good inter-personal communication skills.

性格外向，友善，有良好的沟通技巧

· Able to operate computer software program.

能够操作办公室软件

Language 语言能力:

· Good command of spoken and written English.

良好的英语口语和听力

Education 教育:

· University Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

大学本科文凭或相关学历，具有学士学位优先考虑
