参加对所有类型的维修和维护工作,包括任何酒店的新增/扩展，或任何酒店财产的维护。
准备工程部门所需的备件清单。
准备预防性维护保演年度计划和月度维护状态报告。
操作和控制装置和设备。
能源管理系统和程序。
确保所有下属员工准时参加并严格遵守职责安排。
制定维修服务的标准。
负责所有系统设备的运行，必要时采取恰当行动使之运转正常。
对酒店的能源用量进行严格的管理和监控，有效地做到节约能源。
实施预防性维修保养计划，确保酒店设施的正常运行并为客人提供服务（如：照明、供暖、制冷、空调、水处理系统和游泳池）。
Determines optimal operating efficiencies and take necessary corrective measures when variance from standards are excessive through logs and utility data.
Attends to all types of repair and maintenance work in the Hotel premises including any new additions / extensions to the Hotel or any other properties maintained by the Hotel.
Prepare engineering department required spare parts list.
Prepares PM annual plan and a monthly Maintenance Status Report.
Operation and control of Plant and equipment.
Energy management systems and procedures.
Ensures punctual attendance and adherence to duty schedules by all subordinate staff.
Set and maintain service standards.
In charge of the operation of all system equipment, takes appropriate action if necessary.
Ensure the effectiveness of saving energy by strictly managing and monitoring the hotel's energy consumption.
Implementing of preventive maintenance repair plan, ensure the normal operation of the hotel facilities and services for guests (such as: lighting, heating, refrigeration, air conditioning, water treatment system and the swimming pool).
