Under the guidance and supervision of Senior Butler/Head Butler and within the limits of established by InterContinental Hotels Group and local policies and procedures, oversees and directs all aspects of guest services to achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction. Responsibel for special needs and requirements of VIPs, Ambassadors, IHG Reward Club Members, long stay guests, villa and regular guests. Ensure guest rooms/villas are fully set up, checked and prepared according to the IC brand standard. Assisting in Front Desk activities such as the reception, check in/out, assigning rooms, foreign exchange and assisting them with inquiries. Ensure the service standard at the villas & Club IC lounge are maintained according to the established standards & expectations. Contribute and participate actively in the improvement and upgrading of guest services, promotes the desired work culture of Winning Ways of the InterContinental Hotels Group and the brand standards.
