DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES工作职责
1、The forecasts for hotel management, planning and production department report
   为酒店管理层准备各项预测、计划和部门生产报告。
 2、Participate in preparing annual budget hotel, and set department goals
    参与准备酒店年度预算，并设定部门目标。
 3、For all the preparation and sale of food in the food and beverage operations in accurate cost accounting, record and update
     对所有在餐饮运营中制备和销售的菜品进行精确的成本核算、记录并及时更新。
 4、The kitchen daily affairs, plan and assign work, set for each employee performance and personal development goals.Provide teaching and tutoring And to give feedback on a regular basis, to help to solve the contradictory between various employees, improve employee performanc
    处理厨房日常事务，计划并分配工作，为每个员工设定绩效及个人发展目标。为员工提供教导、辅导 并给予定期反馈，帮助解决各种员工矛盾，提升员工业绩。
 5、Follow the brand standard, the service behavior and government regulations, all the team staff education and training.To ensure that employees receive the appropriate training and equipped with a variety of tools and equipment needed to complete the work
    遵照品牌标准、服务行为及政府法规教育和培训所有团队员工。确保员工获得恰当培训，并配备完成 工作所需的各种工具和设备。
 6、Through the daily communication and collaboration with other departments to promote teamwork, improve the quality of service.Assist sales, catering and banquet department staff group

 7、According to company's rules and policies, employee wages, work rules or other hr related matters early Suggestions or solutions
    根据公司规定和政策，对员工工资、工作规程或其它人力资源相关事务提出建议或初拟方案。
 8、Get the guest feedback, and constantly improve the food quality and the quality of finished products
    获取宾客反馈，不断提高食品品质及成品质量
 9、Ensure that all food production and finished products conform to the requirements of the formula and the corresponding standards.
    确保所有菜品制作和成品均符合配方要求和相应标准。
 10、for all of the food and beverage department, bar and restaurant banquet menu and theme activities design.Monitor local rival trends and industry trends.
     为所有的餐饮分部门、酒吧及餐饮宴会活动设计菜单和主题。监督本地竞争对手动向和行业趋势。
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS任职要求
1、Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
   完全代表酒店，品牌和公司与顾客，员工和第三方交往的能力。
 2、Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.
   持有当地政府规定的含酒精饮品知识课程证书或食品服务许可证或有效的健康或食品上岗证。
 3、Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
    具有解决问题，推理，号召，组织和培训能力
 4、Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Culinary Skills or related field.
        餐饮技能或相关专业的大专学历或职业证书
