Participates in the development and implementation of strategies Front Office and Concierge that support achievement of the hotel’s goals

1. Creates the first impression by supervising the door, concierge and front office areas 管理前台地区和礼宾部以创造最佳第一印象
2. Participates in the development and implementation of processes and procedures for assigned departments which support achievement of service and financial goals发展和实施部门程序已便各部门支持并达到服务目标和财务目标
3. Participates in the preparation of the annual budget; monitors achievement of budget and takes corrective steps as appropriate准备每年预算;监督预算目标和调整合适阶段
4. Prepares and analyses reports in order to develop an informative database for decision making and to communicate upcoming business throughout the hotel准备和分析报表来建立详细的数据库,以帮助制定正确的决定和迎接即将到来的业务
5. Analyses business forecasts and schedules accordingly 分析业务预测和相应的安排
6. Ensures that front desk handles billing and cash in accordance with hotel’s standards 确保前台根据酒店标准处理账目.
7. Plans and co-ordinates hotel housing activities by working closely with sales, catering, housekeeping and other departments通过以销售部, 餐饮部, 客房部和其他部门的密切合作来协调酒店内部的活动.
8. Ensures seamless transition during shift changes by developing and implementing processes for shifts to communicate with one another通过建立和贯彻轮班制来达到确保轮班的衔接不出任何差错
9. Greets all arriving VIP’s, is visible and in contact with guests in a public relations capacity. Logs any points of concern and promptly resolves/actions requests of guest as a “First Effort” priority.
