岗位职责/职位描述
MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 职责概要：
  
Responsible for the day-to-day security, fire and life safety operation of the Hotel and general administrative tasks, as designated by the General Manager and ensuring the Hotel is operating and abiding to local regulations at all times.
负责酒店内每日安全保卫工作管理，另外也执行总经理所分派的某些行政工作，并为促进酒店的顺利运营与当地的管理机构接触办理相关的许可证等等。
 
SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任务：
 
Supervise and manage the safety and security operations, ensuring adequate patrol to ensure the safety and security of guests and associates.
指导监督本部的运作，保证巡视工作的正确执行，确保客人和同事的安全。
Responsible for checking that all fire, life and safety equipment are within the validity dates (such as fire extinguishers).
负责检查消防和安全救生设备的使用寿命。(例如手持式化学灭火器等等)。
Liaise with the Director of Engineer to carry forth training of associates in fire safety and inspections, evacuation drills etc. Ensure regular training sessions and drills are carried out periodically.
与总工程师合作对员工进行灭火，安全检查和消防疏散等基本知识的培训和演练。定期对酒店消防队进行培训演习以培养和保证消防队伍的技术水平。
Ensure prompt reporting of maintenance issues as they are recorded during patrol.
确保防损员将巡视记录中的维修问题及时报告给工程部。
Conduct bag inspections of associates entering and leaving the building.  Follow strictly the Associate Handbook to prevent the loss of hotel assets removed without proper authorization.
在员工进出酒店时对其包裹进行随机的检查。遵守酒店财物管理的原则，在未得到特许的情况下严禁酒店财物外流。
Follow prescribed practices to ensure theft and pilferage of goods is minimized.
遵照酒店准则将偷盗事件的发生率降到最低。
Provide escort services for associates carrying cash, where required.
如有需要，应对携带大量现金的同事提供护送服务。
Maintain perimeter patrols hotel entries and at check points to ensure all Hotel premises are covered to prevent undesirable visitors.
在酒店的出入口安排外围巡视点，以确保在酒店周围无闲杂人员等。
Conduct random checks to ensure master keys issued are all accounted for and in the possession of the staff who have accepted responsibility for them.
随机抽查万能钥匙的分配情况并明确钥匙的持有人的责任。
Conduct random inspections of the Hotel to ensure that safety and security practices are being followed, fire exits are not blocked, equipment is not obstructing fire hose reel doors, and that clearance between stacked goods and sprinkler heads meet standard.
对酒店进行随机检查，以保证酒店内安全保卫措施的实行，如防火门的通畅，水龙带门前无设备堆放，各货物堆放区间的清洁和喷淋头的充足等等。
Counsel, train and maintain the morale of loss prevention associates.
对防损部员工进行讲解和培训以保持职业士气，确保员工按标准实施保卫工作。
Ensure a member of the department is present during all safety and security related incidents reported.  Review reports submitted and conduct necessary investigations.
确保有一名部门成员参加酒店内部发生的有关安全保卫的事件的处理过程。认真审阅事故报告，开展调查工作以找出事件的起因，责任人(采取必要的措施)，并考虑如何在今后杜绝此类事情的发生。
Develop procedures for implementation and monitoring of reporting systems. Track all accidents and incidents for internal and external reporting purposes.
不断发展完善执行程序,监督报告系统，对所报告的发生于酒店内外的事件进行跟踪。
Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints. Communicate with guests in a manner which promotes goodwill, trust and satisfaction.
采取适当的方法解决客人投诉。通过与客人交流，建立起友好、信任和满意的对客关系。
Be familiar with current first aid and fire emergency procedures and ensure all loss prevention associates are ready to respond as per established procedures.
熟悉急救程序及消防紧急措施，确保每一位保安部员工都能训练掌握酒店的既定工作程序。
Interact with departments and hotel associates in a professional and positive manner to foster good rapport, promote team spirit and ensure effective two-way communication.
以积极专业的态度与酒店各部门及同事沟通，建立起良好的工作关系，增强团队精神，确保有效的双向交流。
Ensure all the LP operation under Marriott Brand Standard and prepare & monitor all the LP operation which following Finance Audit policy.
确保防损部的一切运营都符合万豪集团标准，日常的运营以及文档保存是符合集团财务审查的规定。
