To implement the boiler safety operation procedure strictly, monitor the boiler’s operation, fill in the log sheet correctly to ensure the boiler in good operation.

严格执行锅炉安全操作规程，认真检查设备运行情况，正确填写好设备运行记录表，确保设备安全运行。

To repair normal failure of the boilers in time. To suspend the operation and report to the responsible supervisor or duty engineer in time in case hidden trouble might affect the safety operation found.

能够正确排除设备的一般性故障，如发现设备隐患，危及安全运行，应及时停炉，并向有关领导汇报。

The staff on duty must check the boiler, other pressure equipments regularly.

当班人员必须时常巡回检查受压部件、安全附件、热工仪表和附属设备，做到及时发现问题并解决问题。

To carry out the water quality analysis carefully and adjust PH accordingly.

认真做好水质处理和每班一次的水质分析，及时调正PH值。

To cooperate with the concerned staff to make good of the repair and maintenance work.

积极配合做好设备维修保养工作。

To control boiler and accessories as well as environment, cleaning should be carried out in every shift.

To finish the tasks assigned by Duty Engineer and Supervisor any time.

随时执行值班工程师及督导安排的有关任务。

The incoming shift should arrive ten minutes earlier for shift handover. If the incoming shift staff did not arrive on time, the outgoing shift must wait until the incoming shift arrive.

接班人员必须提前十分钟到达现场接班，如接班人员没到，交班人员必须坚守岗位。

On duty person should carry out each operation procedure strictly to prevent accident.

Analyze and adjust water quality of the swimming pool and sewage and make detailed record about the analysis and adjustment on the log book.

Check each water supply pump whether is seep or not, repair timely if there is any abnormity. Instead lube one time every three months, small repair one time every half a year, large repair one time every one year.
