JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
岗位职责：
联络客户
Handle accounts/prospects.
根据现有客户群，提高并扩大业务量
Solicit business according to established parameters.
协助贯彻和实施直接的邮寄活动
Assist in implementing & processing direct mail campaigns.
通过准备和实行活动计划发展新客户和维持现有的客户群
Develop new and maintain existing business accounts through the preparation and execution of action plans.
宴请客户
Entertain clients.
照顾酒店内的VIP客人
Look after VIP guests in house Look after VIP guests in house.
通过分析历史数据和其它统计数据信息确定目标客户
Determine and recommend prospective clients by analyzing historical and other statistical information.
带领客户参观酒店，以便其熟悉酒店的各项设备设施
Conduct familiarization tours and site inspections.
销售酒店的所有设施
Sell all facets of the Hotel.
维持常规的销售拜访，达到目标市场的准则
Maintain a regular pattern of sales calls, meeting with principals of target market.
监督竞争者的活动
Monitor competitor activities.
与当地的生意客户、会议组织者、参观者、会议中心、旅行社、导游、航空公司相关客户、政府部门等建立并保持紧密的联系
Develop and maintain contact with travel agents, tour operators, airlines, and wholesalers.
参与市场营销会议并为其做出贡献
Attend and contribute to Sales and Marketing meetings.
使用从高到低和建议性的销售技巧销售酒店和凯宾斯基集团的产品及服务
Sell the hotel and Kempinski products and services using up-selling and suggestive selling techniques.


JOB PROFILE
任职要求：
至少一年酒店工作经验，最好有预订部或前厅部工作经历。而且有销售经验。
1 years hotel experience, preferably in reservation or Front Office. Previous sales experience in advantage.
