职位描述

  1.        协助财务部核算每年本部门的预算

  1. Assist in preparing/consolidating the yearly budget for the department.

  2. 2.         准备每个月的损益表给餐饮个部门,参加每个月各个餐厅经理的绩效会议。

  3. Assist in preparing the monthly income statement for each outlet and the department as a whole, attend the monthly performance meeting with the Outlet Management.

  4. 3.        和管事部一起合作OS&E,加强管理餐饮部库存。

  5. Manage the consolidated inventory of Food & Beverage department’s OS&E together with the Stewarding department.

  6. 4.        参加所有有助于员工的工作会议和酒店培训。

  7. Attend and actively contribute to all relevant staff meetings and hotel trainings.

  8. 5.         在部门经理缺席的情况下,和总厨主持日常的工作会议。

  9. Conduct daily operations briefings with the Executive Chef in the absence of the Food & Beverage Head of Department.

  10. 6.        在部门经理缺席的情况下,参加日常或每周的餐饮部门会议。

  11. Attend or conduct (in the absence of the Food & Beverage Head of Department) daily or weekly Food & Beverage meetings.

  12. 7.        每年需要回顾和更新所有部门的运营手册。

  13. Review and update all departmental operations manuals annually.

  14. 8.         协助采购部门供应最好的的产品,不断提升酒店的品质,及内外部的交流。

  15. Assist in sourcing the best available products, constantly aim to improve quality, communicate about the products both internally and externally.

  16. 9.        跟供应商建立良好的关系,参与到他们的活动以加强跟供应商的关系,例如,把他们邀请到饭店Establish good partnerships with suppliers and involve them in activities that will strengthen working relationships, e.g. invite them to the hotel.

  17. 10.    通过(LQA和顾客满意度调查)来监管和提升顾客的满意度。

  18. Monitor and constantly improve quality and guest satisfaction with the given tools (Leading Quality Assurance, Customer Satisfaction Survey).

  19. 11.    处理酒店客人的投诉。

  20. Assist handling guest complaints.

  21. 12.    每周至少审查每个餐厅的服务标准(早餐,午餐,晚餐,大堂吧,宴会,送餐部,酒吧)

  22. Oversee every service at least once a week (breakfast, lunch, dinner, lobby, banqueting, room service, bar).

  23. 13.    与销售和市场部合作,准备本部门每年的销售计划及了解竞争者的动向

  24. Prepare a yearly marketing plan for the appointed outlets in cooperation with the Sales & Marketing Department including a competitor analysis.

  25. 14.    参与当地美食餐饮活动

  26. Follow the local and global food & beverage trends.

  27. 15.    确保每个餐饮部门经理的计划,在部门具体培训项目上得到有效的执行。

  28. Ensure that all managers plan and implement effective training programs in the appointed outlets.

  29. 16.     积极参与到餐饮各个部门的运营,确保普通客人的联络。

  30. Be actively involved in the operations of the appointed outlets to ensure regular guest contact.

  31. 17.     在餐饮部做出调整时,能够主动遵守酒店管理规定。

  32. Respond to any changes within the Food & Beverage department as dictated by the hotel management.

  33. 18.    能够做到自己可以成为餐饮团队中次要联络人。

  34. Act as the secondary point of contact to the Corporate Food & Beverage Team.

  35. 19.     执行酒店政策,流程,指导方针,传统和积极性。

  36. Support the implementation of corporate policies, procedures, guidelines, traditions and initiatives.

  37. 20.    当餐饮部门经理缺席时,参加集团的电话会议和相关地区全球性的餐饮活动。

  38. Attend all corporate conference calls and the relevant regional and global Food & Beverage events in the absence of Food & Beverage Head of Department.
