Responsibilities：
1. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

2. Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing to establish programs and direct efforts to achieve group and FIT room night goals based on market segmentation and budget and to develop ongoing relationships with customers.

3. Monitor sales production and adjust sales activities, account coverage and sales priorities as necessary to achieve planned goals for the team

4. Ensure the achievement of sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
确保完成月度、季度、年度销售指标。
5. Makes sound decision and Communicate effectively

6. Build relationships and manages staff performance and quality improvement
建立良好的人际关系，同时管理员工的绩效。
7. Follow departmental policies and procedures

Qualification岗位要求:
1. Knowledge in Corporate, Travel Industry, CI & M and Catering sales

2. Understands the market and its competitors.

3. Leadership skills and knowledge of all tasks within the area of responsibility

4. University degree in hospitality or related subjects preferred.

5. Minimum 5 years experiences in Sales & marketing, including minimum 2 years role of Asst Director of Sales with managerial experience with international chain hotel

6. Positive attitude under pressure
