Measurements

·         Minimum 5 years’ experience in same position

·         Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management or related major

·         Good communication skill

·          Previous experience in F&B background, 

·         China working experience is preferred

 

Main responsibilities

·          Plans, directs, controls and coordinates the activities of the above specified areas, which includes guest room assignment, guest registration, guest relations/ recognition program, cashiering, Swiss Executive floor operation, baggage handling and concierge services, Service Center & Business Center services as well as transportation services, Amrita Fitness, Housekeeping & Laundry operations. Drive Rooms Division to achieve its revenue goal.

·         Respond to changes in F&B Division as dictated by industry, company and hotel. Drive F&B Division to achieve its revenue goal.

·          Ensures that mission statement which Accor requires Swissôtel is applied in his areas of responsibility at all time.

 

 Main duties :


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Handle the main operation of Rooms Division and F&B Division.

·         Understands functions and coordinates the above-specified areas also to cooperate with closely related departments such as Credit, Sales & Marketing, Reservations.

·          Ensures efficiency of the operation and acts as a liaison between all the above specified

 

GUEST SATISFACTION:

·          Is committed to reach the target RPS result and strictly follows any agreed action

·          Ensures that any Corporate Standards/Leading Hotel Standards are strictly adhered to.

·          Ensures that all guests, especially the frequent guests enjoy the standards and recognition defined in the mentioned above standards.

·         Always encourages and motivates his team aiming at exceeding customer expectation

·         Keeps running and supporting training activities aiming at exceeding customer expectation

·         Implements and applies control mechanism aiming at full compliance of agreed Service delivery and customer relation’s standards. 

·           Meets daily with MOD and Night Manager to ensure that standards of operations are maintained.

·          Handles guest complaints.

·         Is fully committed to keep a guest history helping the hotel to deliver consistent service quality.

·          Performs guest relation’s activities by entertaining guests and potential Swissôtel supports.

·           Up to the individual taste of our customer

 

TEAM MEMBER SATISFACTION:

·         Is strictly working on achieving the set team member satisfaction target

·         Ensures that all members of his team are being evaluated as per set standards and all rules related to Talent & Culture are fully adhered to

·          Keeps very close contact to all team members and gives frequent feed back about strengths and areas, which require improvement, as well as gives frequent strokes to his team members and recognizes achievements, but points out mistakes in a constructive manner.

·         Actively coaches and develops members of his team internally as well as by providing cross exposure in other departments

 

FINANCIAL ACHIEVEMENTS:

·           Is fully committed to achieve the set financial targets featured by financial monthly statements

·         Always supports strategy discussions, meetings and the implementation of Yield

·          Management standards aiming at achieving or exceeding set targets

·           Gives full support to cross selling and up selling activities

·          Acts cost conscious aiming at cost saving without compromising set quality level

·          Actively participates in budgeting and forecasting procedures


ADMINISTRATION:

·         Takes responsibility of maintaining    

·         data in the Opera and further

·         developing the usage of the software 

·         in his related areas.

·         Takes full responsibility in up keeping training manuals and back office administration

·        Takes full responsibility in applying all set rules and regulation related to Health and Safety, Fire and Emergency as well as Guest/Team member and Data security.  

·          Always ensures fast and reliable communication in his team and with other departments.
