 JOB OVERVIEW职位概述
Under the general guidance of the Training Manager or delegate, and within the limits of established human resources policies & procedures, oversees, directs and provides training for supervisors or below level. Develops or improves employee’s performance on knowledge, skills and attitudes by effective training to achieve the business partner to all departments.

Basing on the core value “Wining Ways” & the important company culture “Room To Be Yourself” of IHG and the market standing “In The Know” and the brand service behavior “At Your Side” of InterContinental Hotels & Resort, Training Officer should assist Training Manager in the smooth and efficient running of Training Office; Including: maintain and control Training Room, training materials and equipment; assist Training Manager with the planning, administration and implementation of Hotel Training & Development activities based on the actual needs; assist and support the training club members such as Training Coordinator, Trainer, On-boarding Adviser, Training Assistant for all T&D activities; liaise with local Training Institutions and Government Agencies; involve to monitor and evaluate the in-house trainees (IHG Academy); communicate with all colleagues with the right method to get the necessary information and support; think head to respond to changes in every department (including Human Resources) as dictated by the industry, Hotel; complete all tasks by Training Manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责


Works with superior in the preparation and management of the department’s budget. Duties include:

Assists in coordinating the preparation of the departmental annual budget
协助部门制定年度预算
Assists in monitoring and controlling departmental cost on an ongoing basis to ensure performance against budget
协助监督和控制部门成本,确保整个项目在预算内进行。
Assists in requesting and paying for the external training, Annual qualified certificate and other activities expense.
协助处理外派培训,资格证年审,员工活动等培训及发展费用申请与报销事宜。

Collect the training nomination, prepare the training material, set up the training room, and complete training record and the critique.
培训提名的整理及收集,培训资料的准备,场地的布置,培训记录及调查的完善。
Establish a training library of material, books, videos, journals and audio visual materials to assist trainers in their training programs and for staff personal development
建立培训资料库,包括集团培训资料,图书、日志和所有音像资料,协助培训师执行培训项目,实现员工个人发展。
Maintain the training record system and the certificate record in employee personal file.
建立并维护酒店培训记录系统,及维护及更新员工档案中员工培训证书的记录。
Obtain a network of specialist training professionals who can assist with the conduct of training programmes for advanced or specialist training
联合专业培训师,协助部门完成专业技能拓展培训。
Design, produce and implement training programmes which meet specific departmental needs in conjunction with Department Heads, ensuring that training session plans are structured and that training is effective
设计并执行培训项目,满足部门特殊需求,确保培训计划得到有组织、有效地进行。
Attend departmental training session and critique performance
参加部门培训,评估培训效果。
Assist Department Trainers in preparing and conducting departmental training and assess accordingly
协助部门培训师准备和组织部门培训,并给予评估。
Produce monthly training reports for your superiors and the audit.
准备月度培训报告,以供内部及审计查阅。
Communicate new starters on boarding information to departmental trainers, follow up and check new employee training file prepared by departmental trainers, ensure all new employees have new starter training file before they join.
给部门培训师及时传达新员工入职信息,跟进及检查由部门培训师准备的新员培训文档,确保在每位新入职员工在入职前均已为其准备好培训文档。
Update and maintain Heart of House and other back of house for the IHG culture.
实时更新和维护酒店后台区域心灵家园。

Delivers briefings of all internal programs to Training Manager.

Maintain current information and records of suppliers of training resources and materials, and maintains all hotel training record.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS 任职要求

                    
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
熟练的运用办公软件
Good writing skills.

English Language Level: Fluent in English spoken and written is preferred

Good communication skill-Listen and Speak
