Plan and develop section (Swimming Pool, Beach, Gym, Tennis Court and all the duties

that it concerns) activities;

Develop a schedule for sections (Swimming Pool, Beach, Gym, Tennis Court and all the

duties that it concerns);

Supervise recreation facilities and staff;

管理康乐部设施设备和员工

Develop Recreation activities to meet guests and staff needs;

开发康乐活动以满足客人和

员工的需要。

Coordinate involvement in regional, territorial and provincial policies and procedures

协调参与区域、地方和省级工作政策和程序

Coordinate an active guests relations campaign to promote Recreation programs;

积极协调与客人间的互动来推广康乐部项目。

Arrange for advertising of Recreation programs;

安排广告活动里的康乐项目

Evaluate Recreation activities;

评定康乐活动

Collect revenues and fees;统计收入和费用

Prepare monthly usage reports;准备月报

Maintain Recreation office files;维持康乐办公文件

Hire and supervise Recreation staff to ensure that staff is qualified and performing duties

in a safe and courteous manner;

Ensure lifeguards and swim instructors meet requirements

Schedule hours of work 安排工作时间

Maintain the facility to ensure the safety and cleanliness;

Inspect facilities daily to ensure safety standards are maintained;

To liaise with the Recreation department in daily operation as well as other outlets;

Ensure all colleagues complete training according to policy；

Prepare Duty Roasters for the team in close co-ordination with respective supervisors in

accordance with training, functions and seasonal requirements to meet business needs;
