本职位将为慕田峪小园餐饮（北京）有限公司招聘：

职位说明： 
 
1. Lead the Back of the House Team in all the Restaurants owned or operated by MSR.
-- Learn and absorb the vision of the Schoolhouse.
-- Learn all the in and outs of the Back of the House.
-- Supervise Kitchen staff in all the Outlets.
-- Supervise the weekly purchase request, receiving, cleaning, and storage.
-- Follow First in First out Concept.
-- Able to work in any departments and to be hands on.
-- To be able to work, produce and prep when required proactively.
-- Supervise the Kitchen stewarding.
-- Total control of the Kitchen operation.
-- Maintenance and upkeep of all the Kitchen equipments and Work spaces.  
-- Maintain High standards of hygiene in the Kitchen.
-- Help in Engineering menu and operational aspects with the Executive Chef
-- Coordinate weekly schedule of Back of the House.
-- Train and work professionally with the Local Staff.
-- Help in developing new menu items based on local and seasonal ingredients.
2. Participate in MSR management team.
-- Coordinating with the Sustainability manager in developing garden and Composting program.
-- Participate in the weekly Meetings to provide valuable input.
-- Coordinate with Front of the House team.
-- Attend engineering meetings.
-- Attend food and service meetings and provide input on customer satisfaction and service model.
-- Help host Schoolhouse or other venues at peak times or for important functions.
-- Assist on marketing & sales.
-- Learn MSR products, pricing, and proposals.
-- Be an example of our mission ABC’s, be a proactive leader, be creative, be open to learning, and be a team-player.

职位要求：
1、从事西餐制作5年以上；
2、希望在西式餐点领域继续学习和深造的；
3、会使用计算机处理邮件和日常办公用文件，如word, excel, etc；
4、具有良好的英语听说读写能力。
