As an active member of the Extended Executive Committee, and a key member of the pre-opening team, the Director of Food & Beverage, will oversee the effectiveness of guest service, colleague performance and development and service enhancements for the Fairmont Nanjing.

Responsibilities/岗位职责

Actively participate in the strategic planning and ongoing development of the hotel, including financial forecasting, ensuring the delivery of our environmental commitments, overseeing the health, safety and security of our guests and colleagues.

Plan and direct the daily activities of the F&B Division to ensure goals and targets are met.

Drive innovative promotions, menus and concepts; creating a destination of choice for both hotel and external guests. Implement effective control of food, beverage, labor and operating expenses throughout the F&B Division.

Qualifications/岗位要求

Previous experience as an F&B Director in a luxury hotel environment.
具有在国际五星级品牌酒店担任餐饮总监的3年以上经验。
Experience at the Department Head level in a restaurant/bar environment, as well as Banquets or In Room Dining.
具有在酒店、酒吧、宴会以及餐厅中担任部门主管的工作经验。
Pre-opening experience and/or experience in China.
在国内具有预开业经验或者工作经验。
Proven record to coordinate multiple departments to make gains towards targeted GSI, GOP, CES results.
具有协调多个部门，使得GSI、GOP、CES指标获得提升的工作证明。
Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the Food & Beverage/Hospitality profession.
在餐饮或酒店行业具有丰富的知识和实践经验。
Self-confident, proactive, and able to prioritize and make effective decisions.

Ability to build strong relationships, interact and influence others at all levels of the organization.

Exceptional communication skills, passionate, strategic and innovative.

Computer literacy a must, with a strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
熟悉电脑操作，具有较强的Excel，Word，Outlook和PowerPoint办公能力。

University/College degree in a related discipline.
相关专业，大学/大专学历。
