职位描述

Assists with the preparation of the annual Human Resources Business Plan, ensuring Divisional Objectives fully address business objectives of the Hotel and needs of Associates.

Assists with the preparation and regular update of the Human Resources Departmental Budget in close cooperation with the Director of Human Resources, ensuring targets are met and costs are effectively controlled.

Assists in guiding management to accurately and fairly implement appropriate Human Resources Policies & Procedures.

Manages the Hotel’s recruitment and selection activities up to and including all local National Department Head positions.

Prepares for approval recruitment advertisements that reinforces the corporate identity, projects a professional image and is used as a last resort.

Produces on monthly basis the Human Resources Report and Manning Report and ensures the Hotel adheres to approved staffing levels, job titles and organisation structure in accordance with hotel budget and payroll objectives.

Makes recommendations to Director of Human Resources relating to transfers and promotions ensuring hotel moves towards Zero Based Staffing Guides.
Conducts Remuneration Survey within labour market to determine and make recommendations relating to competitive compensation and benefits packaging.

Ensures close and professional relationships are established and maintained between management, Associates, government officials and the local community.

Ensures consistent and fair Grievance handling and Misconduct management, providing professional counselling and coaching to correct inappropriate behaviours.

Effectively communicates core values and behavioural standards to all levels of Associates.

Recruits, selects, motivates and develops Human Resources Associates to work following the operational, financial, administrative philosophies and ensuring all Associates become multi skilled and perform multi tasks.
