职位描述

岗位职责:
1. Assists HRD in coordinating manpower requirement analysis on an annual basis.协助人力资源部总监做每年人力需求分析。
2. Prepares and updates manning guide consistently upon management request;按管理层要求更新人员招聘计划;
3. Collects Personnel Requisitions submitted by Dept. Heads and makes appropriate recommendation to HRD by checking with the manning budget.收集各部门报送的人力需求申请,并根据各部门人员编制预算,向人力资源部总监做出合理的建议;
4. Upon receiving approval, puts up internal recruitment notice on the Staff Bulletin Board of the hotel as well as the Shangri-La website.人员招聘申请被批准后,在酒店内部及集团网站上发布招聘启示;
5. If no suitable candidates within the hotel/group, places advertisement in local press using the corporate format.如果酒店/集团内部没有合适人选,将在公众媒介上发放招聘广告;
6. Receives and reviews all applications. 收集并阅读所有简历;
7.Shortlists candidates based on position specifications. 根据职位的要求,对简历进行初步筛选。

17. Contacts and negotiates with local talent agency to recruit other temporary staff. 与当地人才招聘机构联系招聘其他临时人员;
18. Contact and negotiate with school to source trainee. 与学校联系招聘实习生。

岗位要求:
1. 3 years' experience in HR function in JV company; 至少三年合资企业人力资源管理经验;
2. Have 5 star hotel HR experience; 最好具备5星级酒店人事管理经验;
3. Proficient Oral and Written English and College graduates; 熟练的英语听说读写能力及大学学历;

Hefei railway station and Hefei South railway station are located about 5 kilometres east and about 12 kilometres south of the hotel, respectively. The hotel offers 3 dining venues include a Chinese restaurant, Lobby Lounge, and a café.
