职位描述

·         Assist to administrate the Human Resources policies & procedures pertaining to Compensation & Benefits.                                                                          协助相关薪资福利的人事政策和程序的管理。

·         Ensure all correspondence is responded to/acted on within established time frames (48hours).                           确保所有的信件在48小时内回复。

·         Enroll medical and pension benefits to all local staff, ensuring that available equates to contracted entitlement.                                                                      负责员工社保相关事宜,含社保变动,工伤申报及社保卡、居住证卡申报办理。

·         Conduct in timely and accurate contract and personal file for the local employees.                                        负责员工合同及档案管理。

·         Update HR system ensuring the accuracy of the employee’s salary and benefits etc.                                  确保人事系统员工信息资料的准确性。

·         Assist to make the analyses report per management request from HRP.                                                     协助人事报表管理。

  • work out visa applications for all expats

         完成外籍员工的各项签证申请事宜

·         Ensures timely posting of the leave.                                      确保所有假期的记录。

·         Any irregularity of the leaves must be brought to the attention of the Service Manager-C&B.     

             任何不正常休假情况需要及时汇报。

·         Check the monthly attendance record and ensure that there is no irregularity. Any irregularity to be confirmed with the Division/Department Heads.    

·         核查月考勤纪录,任何异常记录需及时申报。

·         Maintain Att'd system operation.                                 

             考勤系统月正常维护。

·         Ensures that all status change of the employee had the appropriate approval and documentation.                  

确保任何人事变动符合酒店制度及程序。

·         Prepares clearance forms for leavers, ensuring that accurate instructions are attached regarding nature of computations/deductions involved considering nature of separation and notice given.                    

确保离职人员完成酒店离职程序。

·         Release last payment for leavers, ensuring that all outstanding dues have been fully settled.              

 结算离职员工最后工资及福利。

·         Grooming & hygiene-adheres to specified hygiene and personal appearance standard of the hotel.        

符合标准的个人仪容仪表及卫生。

·         Environmental awareness-is fully aware of and compiles with the hotel’s environmental policy and established rules and guidelines.                              

注意环境保护。

·         Performs other duties as when delegated by management.                                                           其他委派的职责
