岗位职责/职位描述

一、礼宾服务 Concierge Service

协助前厅部经理工作,负责礼宾部和车队的正常运作和员工管理。          

                                         
Assists the front office manager, responsible for the concierge and the team's normal operation and employee management.     

                                                        
提供客人关注的信息,包括酒店的服务、本地景点、餐厅、医院、旅游推荐等。


Offer guests the concerns of the information, including hotel services, local attractions, restaurants, hospitals, travel recommendation.           

                                                                     
优先推荐本酒店经营的餐厅及其它营业场所,让客人熟悉有关营运时间和推广内容。                           

Recommended this hotel operating restaurants and other places of business, let the guests are familiar with the relevant operating time and promotion content.         

                    
提供客人所需要的信息和行李服务,具体包括行李、信件、包裹、报纸等物品的收取、发送及保管。    

            
To provide customers with the required information and baggage services, including luggage, letters, parcels, newspapers articles, transmission.        

                                    
在客人优先的原则下,合理安排酒店内外部的用车需求,并确保酒店车辆资产及运营安全。


Under the principle of guest priority, arrange the internal and external demand of the hotel car resonably, and ensure that the vehicle assets and safe operations.


引导客人,销售酒店服务和设施。


Guide the guests and sell the hotel service and facilities.

二、部门管理 Department Management

督导部门员工以保证客人得到亲切,体贴和个人化的服务与重视。


To supervise the employees in order to ensure that the guests get kind, caring and personalized service and valued.           

                              
督导礼宾部员工,确保酒店的会员以及回头客人和重要贵宾得到特别的重视和接待。


To supervise the employees in order to ensure the members and VIP clients and get special attention and reception


检查礼宾部的清洁和整洁。


Check and make sure the department clean and tidy.           

                                                       
协助准备员工有效的工作安排,合理安排休假,提前预知和考虑未来的住房信息特别是一些大型团队和有特殊要求早/晚入住或早/晚退房的情况。


Arrange the job and holiday for the staff effectively and reasonably. Take the room occupancy into account in advance, especially the big group and some special situations.              

                                                          
管理和监督所负责部门员工的仪容仪表。


Management and supervise the staff's grooming.    

                                                                     
完成部门经理安排的其它任务。


Finish other tasks assisgned by Front Office Manager.      

                                                                           
熟悉酒店安全,急救,消防,和紧急情况的处理程序,并能正确的使用相关的设备。


Be familiar wiht hotel emergencies procedure, and use the related equipment correctly.


向上级通报存在的潜在危险,及时对危险的情形采取补救措施。


Report if there is potential danger and take actions on the dangerous situations.

三、沟通管理 Communication Management

熟悉财务的政策和程序,紧密联络财务部门确保遵循财务程序。


Be familiar with Financial policy and procedure, keep close relation with Finance and follow finance procedures.
