岗位职责/职位描述

一、人力资源职责
Human Resource and Training Responsibilities

与主管和人力资源部经理合作确保部门员工有良好的工作表现,职责如下:


• Works with Superior and Human Resource Manager to ensure the departmental performance of staff is productive. Duties include:


o 根据部门的标准和程序参加工作培训,并记录每一个员工的发展情况


Conduct on the job training in accordance with the departmental standards and procedures and maintains a record of progress for each staff member


o 根据公司的规章制度进行试用期及转正的鉴定


Provide input for probation and formal performance appraisal discussions in line with company guidelines


o确保新员工在聘用的第一个月内参加公司的入职介绍


 Ensure new staff attend Corporate Orientation within first month of hire


o 根据酒店和部门的政策制度培训和训练员工,并提供有建设性的反馈信息以提高工作成绩


Coach, counsel and discipline staff in breach of hotel policies and departmental procedures, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance


o 为新员工准备工作分类计划,给他们充足的时间完成


Prepare induction programs for new employees and allocate sufficient time for their implementation

二、工作的健康和安全职责
Occupational Health and Safety Responsibilities

熟悉职业保健、安全职责相关政策和程序,以确保所有程序能得以安全地执行,并在职业保健和安全职责方针的指导下确保行为落到实处。


• Demonstrate Awareness of OH&S policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within OH&S guidelines and ensure your direct reports do the same


注意安全的职责并符合职业、健康、安全等法律政策和法规


• Be aware of duty of care and adhere to occupational, health and safety legislation, policies and procedures


熟悉酒店的安全、救护、消防及紧急情况的程序,并能安全正确的使用各种设备


• Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly


及时采取措施补救危险的情况并向主管汇报潜在的危险


• Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potential dangers


根据酒店要求记录安全事故及意外事故


• Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements

三、了解酒店的运作情况 Understanding Hotel Operations

了解、熟悉并对本部门和酒店的相关问题有兴趣,掌握最新的知识,包括一些法律知识。


• Demonstrate an interest in and an understanding of issues relevant to your department and hotel and keep your knowledge up to date, including legislative information


了解酒店的商业优势、产品及服务,掌握部门的运作情况


• Understands the hotel’s business priorities, products and services and has a good grasp how the department is run


以最佳的的工作表现关注自己的部门,分享已获知或已发现的新主意


• Brings best practice to the attention of department, shares new ideas that have been read about or discovered


 清楚的了解自己和同事的职责是怎样影响员工的需求、客人和部门的表现


• Clearly understands how their own role and the role of others impact employee satisfaction, guests and department performance

四、问题的解决与决策 Problem Solving and Decision Making

判断并全面的分析问题以做出决策


• Diagnose problems and thoroughly analyse information to guide decision making


对紧急情况进行评估及处理,得出结论时应做出有逻辑的正确的决定

• Evaluate and assimilate critical information when reaching conclusions and make logical, competent decisions
