审核每日客人余额的报表，并采取必要的程序进行收帐。审核旅行社佣金的报表。

To review the Daily High Balance Report and initiate immediate action collecting the receivables or to take the necessary steps in preventing the non-collectability of the receivables.Review the Travel Agent’s Commission Report.

确保所有挂帐的帐户都通过相应的信贷控制程序。组织每月和总经理及其它部门领导的信贷会议。

To review the Travel Agent’s Commission Report.Ensure that adequate credit control procedures are in place for accounts that are to be settled via City Ledger.Organize and conduct a monthly Credit Meeting with the GM and other concerned Division Heads.
