岗位职责/职位描述

 熟知会议及宴会销售标. 监管团体业务中的销售及服务,维护及管理回头客的活动.达到并超越房间销售的预算期望 管理所有宴会及会议的预订(OPT, TEN, DEF, LOS),采取预见性措施,保持并发展业务组织活动为市场销售办公室及相关销售人员增进联系,消除隔阂,参加并主持宴会/会议销售及部门晨会.参加信贷、收入、部门领导及销售会议
Is fully aware of Conference & Banquet Sales standards.Oversees in-house selling and servicing of group business.Maintains and supervises activities for accounts with repeat business.Achieves (exceeds.)budget expectations in rooms market segments.Permanent control of all catering and convention bookings (OPT, TEN, DEF, LOS).Permanent control of forecast figures for action steps in time to secure and convert the business.Establishes an event and need period calendar for divisional offices and field sales to fill gaps.Attendance and leading of yield,  conference/banquet sales and morning meetings.

制定部门目标并分析其结果。与公司、旅游销售部门合作进行销售活动。控制宴会地点并和其他合作者保持密切关系。支持市场销售总监的会议及宴会销售。支持会议和宴会间的交叉销售。按要求记录所有的销售拜访。熟知酒店品牌标准。完成上级主管部署的相关职责和特别项目活动。
Assists in establishing the yearly revenue plan.Establishes departmental goals including analyzing the outcome.Conduct sales activities in cooperation with Corporate and Travel Sales departments.Control catering locations and keep a close relationship to location partners and vendors.Supports the DOSM in marketing aspects concerning Conference & Banquet sales.Support the cross selling between conference and banquet events.Ensures exit Interviews with all clients and the input into Opera as per guidelines.Is fully aware of the hotel’s brand standards

对潜在市场进行调查,通过一些有效手段创建及实施特别计划以创造更大的效益,协调保持和增加业务量的各种方法,包括广告、促销、个人销售、宣传、社区关系、特别销售项目等。                                                                                                                                          Investigate potential markets. This includes advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, publicity, community relations, special sales projects, etc.
