岗位职责/职位描述

BusinessDevelopment Project Director
Job Description
1.Based on AHG development strategy, assist with superiors in developingproject development plans
2.Assist with superiors in designing new project model and contract
3.Improve the way in which information is gathered
4.Maintain customer relationships, explore potential customers and cooperationopportunities
5.Act as point of contact for business development leads and agent services
6.Orgainise business trip schedules accordingly, investigate projects, conductmarket research and draw up projects inspection reports and plans
7.Receive visitors, and responsible for contacting with projects, contractnegotiation and contract signing
8.Collect projects information, the follow-up of projects, visit customers andhandle with customers’ consultations
9.Abide by the work process and guarantee the work quality
10.Organize and host project analysis seminar
11.Complete quarterly task assigned by BD Department
12.Responsible for the organization and implementation of BD basic training
13.Handle BD administrative matters, such as file management, file sending andreceiving
14.Arrange customers visiting and contract negotiations, draft hotel managementcontracts

Job requirements
1.College degree or higher, with the overall quality of the project developmentand professional competence
A minimum 5 years work experience within hotels, with experience of hotelpre-opening, and knowledge of CAD software
2.Professional appearance and friendly character
3.Strong organisational skills, strong communication skills and an analyticthinker
4.High responsibility to the job and team player
5.Adaptive learner, excellent in management, familiar with the workflow of projectdevelopment, skills in negotiation
6.Good physical condition, the ability to work in a high pressure environmentand be able to frequently travel

商务发展部项目总监
岗位职责:
1
根据雅阁酒店集团品牌发展战略规划,协助直接上级领导制定业务发展计划;
2
协助直接上级领导设计制定雅阁品牌新业务模式及取费标准;
3
完善多渠道、立体化项目信息源体系建设;
4
维护客户关系,并挖掘市场潜在客户群体,开拓合作契机;
5
参与指定发展区域酒店项目拓展居间服务机构的指导工作;
6
根据公司及商务发展部工作安排,制定酒店项目考察日程计划,对酒店项目实
地考察与市场调研,撰写市场调研、项目考察报告及计划书;
7
接待来访客户,负责与所负责区域项目业主进行实质性项目合作的沟通并进行
合同谈判及签约工作;
8
积极通过各种渠道收集整理项目信息,跟踪项目,回访客户,解答客户咨询问题;
9
严格遵守部门工作流程,保证工作质量;
10
在上级领导的安排协调下,组织召开项目分析研讨会;
11
完成商务发展部下达的季度项目签约工作任务;
12
负责组织实施商务发展部部门基础业务知识的培训工作;
13
处理部门内部相关行政事务如档案管理及文件收发等; 
14
安排客户来访接待事宜,进行合同谈判,起草酒店管理合同文件;

 

任职要求:
1
大学专科以上文化程度,具备项目开发的综合素质和专业能力;
具有五年以上酒店各部门的工作经验(副总级以上优先),要有过酒店筹开经验,看图(CAD)能力。
2
优秀的人品和价值观,具有一定的亲和力;
3
善于沟通,具备出色的分析判断能力;
4
工作作风严谨、敬业、责任心强,具有团队协作精神;
5
较强的学习能力及业务管理能力,熟悉商务发展项目开发的工作流程,并具备优秀
的谈判技巧;
6
身体素质良好,无重大继发性疾病,能承受紧张、高效工作节奏,能适应出差安排;
7
具有良好的组织协调能力,并具备较强的社会交往及语言文字写作能力。
