· Responsible for cleanliness of all Public Areas during shift, including toilet rooms, Back of the house areas and outside.
保证酒店前台与后台包括卫生间的公共区域及外围干净整洁。
· Holds briefings with PA attendants and issues cleaning supplies.
给公共区域服务员开例会, 发放清洁用品。
· Guides and monitors PA attendant work performance.
指导和监督公共区域服务员工作表现。
· Trains new and existing staff consistently.
对新员工和现有员工不断进行培训。
· Reports and follows up on any maintenance requirements in close co-operation with Engineering department, and ensure that they are remedied promptly.
同工程部密切合作,汇报并跟踪维修工作的进展,以便能及时完成维修任务。
· Ensures that staff uses and maintains cleaning equipment and machines in a proper way. Cleaning equipment and machine are to be stored and good working condition
保证员工妥当使用和保养设备,并维持清洁设备干净和工作正常的使用状态。
· Ensures that supplies for Public Area are replenished timely and that regulations of the department and hotel are being followed.
确保本部门的供应能及时补充到位,部门和酒店的规章制度都能遵守
· Checks associates are neat and well presented at all times. Proper usage of chemical with minimum wastage.
员工能够正确使用化学药品, 尽可能减少浪费。
· Responsible for strict key control
负责钥匙的控制。
· Schedules and supervises the scrubbing and shampoo of carpet /upholstery in his areas of responsibilities.
计划和监督员工定期清洗完成分管区域的地毯。
· Inspect the public area regularly during shift.
每日巡查公共区域。
· Ensure the flowers and plants in good conditions, inform the supplier to change it in time.
负责鲜花和植物的状态良好,如需更换,通知供应商更换。
· Ensure the PA storeroom is clean and that chemicals and tools are prepared well.
确保PA仓库干净整洁, 清洁用品和工具充足。
· Maintains daily public area logbook, sign out and hand-over to following Shiftleader.
填写好每日公共区域记事本, 下班签离并同下一班主管交班。
· Assumes other duties assigned by the Executive Housekeeper.
完成行政管家分配的其它工作。
· Prevent and resolve grievances
避免和调解抱怨
· Counsel staff and prevent work related problems
与员工沟通避免与工作相关的矛盾
· Resolve disputes
解决争端
· Discipline staff when necessary
约束员工遵守纪律
· Check Housekeeping associate’s grooming, personal hygiene and appearance
检查客房部员工的仪表,个人卫生和形象
· Assist with the preparation of associate duty rosters

· Assist with associate training and development

· Provide ongoing advice and support to associate under your supervision

· Provide one to one instruction to associate members when required

· Deliver high quality service to guests

· Ensure guest needs and reasonable requests are met

· Seek opportunities to continually improve guest service, by reporting guest comments

· Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints

· Promote the hotel products and services

· Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests
维持对产品和服务的高度了解以便于向客人解释和销售服务和设施
· Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures
坚持酒店安全制度、紧急情况
· Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements

· Adhere to hotel cleaning and maintenance programs

· Ensure a high level of cleaning is maintained in your work area

· Sport checks the event service and cleaning standards, any problems deal timely.
现场跟进服务质量及卫生质量,发现问题及时解决
· Carry out other tasks as directed by your supervisors
完成你上级交待的其它任务
2. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
资格
Required Skills –
技能要求
· Good knowledge for using chemicals and cleaning machine.
具有良好的清洁机器及清洁剂使用方面的技能。
Qualifications –
学历
· Graduate from college or can be replaced by adequate experience.
大学毕业或具有丰富的工作经验。
Experience –
经验
· Minimum 2 years to be PA attendant and 1 year PA Shiftleader in Housekeeping department.
客房部2年以上公共区域服务员及1年公共区域主管工作经验。
