Major Functions
主要职责
为酒店销售,市场及公关部员工制定工作计划及指导,并落实执行各部门工作计划和预算指标。通过酒店广告及公关计划增强酒店的知名度。制定市场及客户拓展计划以增加销售通路。始终贯彻市场策略的执行来增加客房率及提高酒店收入。
Specific Duties
职责和任务
1. Responsible for theoverall supervision of all Sales personnel in following sales policy andpractice established by the Hotel and HOWARD JOHNSON International.
监督并负责所有部门员工落实豪生国际集团制定的销售策略和政策
2. Works with GeneralManager and hotel sales and marketing team to review business projections anddevelop annual marketing/sales plans, which support annual area revenue goalsand returns to owners and shareholders.
协助总经理及市场销售团队定期总结工作项目的执行情况和更新市场销售计划,以达成年度区域目标并汇报与业主和股东。
3. Reviews marketing andsales budgets and allocated expenditures to ensure most effective use of fundsavailable to support business objectives.
参考市场销售部门预算合理分配开支
4. Works with hotel GeneralManager and the corporate sales and marketing team in the development ofadvertising and sales promotions and plans, which support the achievement ofprofitability objectives.

5. Directs and reviewsrelated advertising activities in conjunction and cooperation with the Public RelationsDepartment.

7. Provides direction inthe development of effective marketing and sales strategies and plans, toensure rate and occupancy objectives are achieved. Keeps abreast of bestpractices in the region and tailors activities to achieve goals.

9. Identifies and recommendsales training needs designed to improve the selling and customer serviceskills of sales staff. Collaborates with the training department in theassessment of operational staff and delivery of specialized training needs.

11. Reviews hotelperformance against budget and establishes improvement action as necessary.

13. Ensure effective use ofyield management systems to maximize revenue opportunities in achieving Revpartargets.

14. Ensure synergy in theuse of hotel operation systems, technology and sales practices and the sharingof best practices.

15. Develops and maintainsstrong relationships with Sales and Marketing Team, customers, industry and thebusiness community.

16. Co-ordinate andparticipate actively in trade-show and Sales trip events as identified tomaintain close liaison with travel intermediaries, local business groups andairlines.

17. Establish and reviewStrategic Sales account planning and utilization.

18. Coordinates and managesall monthly reporting requirements for the home office of Howard JohnsonInternational and the hotel.

19. Coordinates effortsbetween the Sales Office. Front Office and the F&B Department. 协调销售部和前厅及餐饮部的工作
20. Performs other duties andresponsibilities that may be assigned.

Job Specification
工作要求
1、A degree in Business Administration or related discipline
大学教育程度及市场专业
2、Minimum 8 years’ experience in Marketing and Sales in aninternational hotel environment.
至少8年国际性酒店的相关工作经验
3、Personable, aggressive and articulate
有进取心及良好形象
4、Fluent in English and Putonghua with strong oral andwritten communication skills
英文及普通语言话流利,良好的书写和口头交流技巧,
5、Established relationships with key multinational accounts,commercial houses, travel agents and tour operators
资深处理国际市场经验及对市场有很好的了解。
6、An in-depth understanding of distribution and yieldmanagement. Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
