工作职责

1. Solicit group, transient, banquet and other function business directly and jointly with others through preparation and execution of sales action plan and strategies.

与其他人合作通过销售行动计划战略直接获取团队、临时宴会会议和其他活动生意。

2. Determine and recommend prospective customers by analyzing historical and other statistical information (market segments, account mix and goals), participating in conducting customer interviews and preparing customer call analysis reports.

通过历史分析和其他数据信息（市场分割、客户群和目标）决定和建议潜在的客户群体。参与到与客户见面交流、并准备登门拜访后的分析报告。

3. Within established parameters, quote and negotiate prices with customer representatives and confirming bookings by letter and drawing up contracts, sign for the hotel and obtain client signature to close the sale transaction.

随着一些参数、价格和协议价格给客户的推出，通过协议书和书面合同确认预订，为酒店签订合同，接受客人签字确认，且完成销售订单完成销售.

4. Prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports as requested.

根据要求准备每周、月、及季度报表。

5. Develop and maintain strong contact with Account base of Customers. Build strong customer relationships.

6. Achieve budgeted room night / revenue quotas and convert Competitors Key accounts to use our hotel. Prospecting and Conversion of New Business to the hotel.

完成客房、收入报价，把竞争对手的主要客户转换成我们酒店的潜在的新客户。

任职要求

1. Minimum of 5 years experience in the Sales & Marketing field from international 5 star hotel.

国际五星酒店市场销售领域4年以上工作经验；

2. Knowledge of hotel industry, sufficient hotel product sales experience, and vision of the marketing positioning.

熟悉酒店服务行业，具有丰富的酒店销售经验及市场定位方面的见解；

3. Professional with analysis, marketing, promotion and communication skill, capability with issues resolving;

具备专业的市场分析，营销，推广能力，分析和解决问题的能力；

4. Knowledge of local market and business practice;

熟悉本地市场，具有实地销售经验；

5. Be proactive in identifying leads and covert them into business opportunities;
