Position Summary职位概述

1.Assist foreman to manage and maintain all TV,sounding,monitoring,communicating(include phone exchanger)and fire equipments,as well as other light current equipments,to insure their normal function.

协助领班负责管理酒店内所有电视、音响、监控、通讯（包括电话交换机）消防安全设施及其它弱电设备设施的维修保养并保证其正常运行。

2.Manage all light current equipments in hotel according to safe operation procedure and maintenance range.

管理酒店范围内所有弱电设备设施的安会操作程序和维修保养范围并按要求进行。

3.Cooperate with foreman to establish the yearly and monthly maintenance plan of light current equipments,bring forward one’s own advise and insure finish the plan with specify requirement and time.

配合领班制定弱电设备设施的年度、月度的维修保养计划，提出自己的建议并保证计划按规定的要求和规范按时完成。

4.Know operation state of light current equipments;establish polling system;insure the normal function of background music,TV and telephones.

掌握弱电设备设施运行情况，制定巡视巡检制度，保证酒店背景音乐、电视节目的正常播放以及电话的畅通。

5.Bring forward reasonable advise on updating and reconstructing equipments base on manage requirement.Cooperate with foreman to choose and purchase light current equipments;assist to install,debug and check them.

按经营需要提出更新改造设备的合理化建议并配合领班负责弱电设备设施的选型选购协助安装调试验收使用。

6.Cooperate with Fire Safe department to implement the monthly detecting drill of routine fire equipment,solve problems discovered in time and record seriously.

配合安消部做好每月一次的例行消防设备的检测演习，发现问题及时解决并认真做好记录。

7.As to large events like news release conference,arrive at work place in advance and insure light current system can function perfectly.

对酒店的各种大型活动，如新闻发布会等大型会议，要提前进入工作场所，确保弱电系统不发生差错。

8.Follow director’s manoeuvre and repair right away when equipment malfunctions.Never be off-duty when shorthanded and emergency malfunction isn’t solved.

设备发生故障后服从上级主管调动，积极进行抢修，紧急故障未处理完毕，人手紧缺时不得下班。

9.Accept and finish in on-duty room and daily maintenance work order.

接受和完成值班室的运行调度和日常维修工作指令。

10.Coordinate various professions to finish work cards actively,seriously check their accomplishment.

积极主动配合各工种准确无误地完成派工单，并认真检查完成情况。

11.Finish other work from director actively.

积极完成上级交办的其它工作事项。
