能够直接进行协调,沟通,服务举行的活动,有必要时可以通过宴会销售经理的指导或协助;
通过每天,每周,每月的常规检查来保证会议室区域卫生和会场布置;
保持并与部门沟通以使所有部门要求的摆设正确;
任何需要的时候及时地完成房间订单列表改变;
协助会议组织协调,分发团队简历,和BEOs。所有文件在团队到来前10天 - 2周前发放。任何及所有的修订后的问题要及时以书面形式或尽可能用口头通知向所有受影响的部门;
与客户和酒店的员工能够讨论,计划,确定和交流食品和饮料的意见。
Be able to coordinate, direct, communicate, and service event needs to align with hotel objectives, with direction and assistance from the Event Manager as needed or necessary.
Help assure proper meeting room area sanitation and set-up styles via daily, weekly, and monthly inspections.
Maintain and communicate accurate group requirements for all outlets
Complete timely rooming list changes whenever necessary.
Help facilitate and when necessary organize, type, and/or distribute Resumes, Cover Sheets, and BEOs. All documents are to be issued 10 days – 2 weeks prior to a group’s arrival. Any and all revisions after issue are to be communicated in a timely manner in writing whenever possible, and verbally when necessary to all affected Departments.
Be able to discuss, plan, finalize, and communicate food and beverage options with clients and hotel staff.
