Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities of the role)
主要职责﹣(职务的主要工作)
1.With Sales Manager plan sales strategy and implement tactics to achieve budget
与销售经理一起计划并执行销售策略，完成预算。
2.Sell all facets of the hotel and cross sell other InterContinental Hotels Group properties
销售酒店的所有设施，并跨酒店销售其它洲际酒店。
3.Establish new business and maintain existing business accounts through the preparation and execution of action plans
通过制定和执行工作方案来开发新业务客戶，维护现有业务客戶。 
4.Convert sales leads
转化销售线索。
5.Handle accounts/prospects jointly with senior positions
与高职位员工一起处理客户或可能成为客户的业务。
5.Conduct familiarizations and site inspections
执行使客人熟悉环境的现场考察活动。
6.Maintain a regular sales call pattern
保持定期的电话销售模式。
7.Monitor competitive set and communicate tactical changes to Manager
监测同档次酒店并与经理就策略的更改进行交流。
8.Attend regular meetings
参加例会。
9.Entertain prospects and existing key accounts with the view to sustain business and generate further sales
招待潜在客户和现有重要客户以获得业务和创造更多销售额
10.Participate in conducting client interviews
参加客户拜访。
11.Maintain regular contract with the ICHG regional network of hotels and reservation center
与所在区域内的洲际酒店集团成员和区域预订办公室保持定期联系。
12.Assist Sales Manager with collateral distribution and direct mail campaigns
协助销售经理分发宣传品和直邮广告。
13.Work in line with business requirements
依照业务需求开展工作。
 
Required Qualifications
资格
1.Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 
最好具有市场营销，酒店管理，商业管理或相关领域的大专学历或职业证书。
2.1 year related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
1年相关工作经验，或与此相当的教育与工作经验结合的背景。
