2、具有外资知名品牌酒店运营总监的相关工作经验；
2.Having been working as a director of operations for a well-known foreign brand hotel.
3、具有丰富的行业人脉资源和社会渠道资源
3.With a rich human resources in hospitality indusry and a broad social channel.
 
岗位职责：
Resposibility:
1、监督餐饮的经营情况；
1.Supervise the overall development of Food & Bereverage.
2、监督房务的经营情况；
2.Monitor the development of Housekeeping Department.
3、制定对客户的高端服务；
3.Make up high-end standardized Service.
4、基于市场来管理新产品的开发和服务；
4.In charge of the anagement of the development of the marketing-based new products and services.
5、建立质量管理系统；
5.Build up a Quality Control System.
6、为实现战略目标，向总经理提供专业的、有建设性的行政服务；
6.To offter the Genrall Manager executive services in order to better fullfill strategic goals.
7、执行任何总经理交办的日常事宜。
7.Executive all kinds of daily routines given by the generall manager.
