年薪 150-180万
Annual Pay:RMB1,500,000---1,800,000yuan

任职资格：
Requirements:
1、3年以上外资知名酒店集团总部或区域总部的管理经验和8年以上外资品牌酒店总经理的管理经验，具有中国大陆工作经验者优先录用。
1.Having been working in Administrative position for the home office of a brand Hotel Group for more than three years.
  Be named as GM of a foreign brand hotel for more than eight years.
  Preference given to who have ever worked in China mainland.
2、熟悉酒店业运营管理模式、服务质量标准及操作流程；
2.Know operational patterns,service quality standards and operating procedures well.
3、了解国内、外酒店业市场客源结构群体；
3.Know marketing characteristics home & abroad well.


4、掌握酒店业培训体系和人才培养建设；
4.Master training system and talent program in Hospitality Industry.
5、熟知酒店各岗位绩效考核指标和方案；
5.Know standard and strategy of performance evaluation of each position.
6、具备酒店业财务管理知识和分析数据报表的能力；
6.Gifted in data analyzing and Financial management.


7、熟悉各种酒店管理系统（例如：Opera系统）、财务系统；
7.Know every system of hotel management and finance,such as Opera system.
 
岗位职责：
Responsibilities:
1、根据酒店业市场变化情况和各酒店实际情况，协助制定和修改集团长期、短期发展战略目标及经营策略。
1.Assist in making & modifying long-term,short-term plans made by the group according to the current market.

2、把握各系列酒店总体营销方向，负责监督酒店营销渠道的拓展情况、制定品牌建设的执行标准。
2.Master the general marketing concentration of the whole group ,and take responsibility in supervising makerting development and formulating the executive standards of brand building.

3、监督各系列酒店项目拓展计划的实施进程。
3.Monitor the implement of every plan of business development in hotels.

4、建立标准化酒店集团运营服务体系和安全管理体系，确保客户对酒店品牌的忠诚度和信赖度。
4.Establish standardized operating service system and safety management system in group hotel, to ensure customers' loyalty and reliability of brand. 


5、监管整个酒店集团人才培养体系和人才梯队建设的执行情况。
5.Supervise overall training system in hotel group and the development of the construction  of personel.
6、负责与政府部门沟通联系并维护好外部关系。
6.In charge of communicating with local government and maintaining a good public relationship.
