年薪 150-180万
Annual Pay: RMB1, 500,000---1,800,000yuan

任职资格：
Requirements:
1、3年以上外资知名酒店集团总部或区域总部的管理经验和8年以上外资品牌酒店总经理的管理经验，具有中国大陆工作经验者优先录用。
1. Having been working for a foreign brand hotel as a general manager for more than eight years and being in the administrative position in the home office of a Hotel Group. Preference would be given to those who have ever worked in the mainland of China.
2、熟悉酒店业运营管理模式、服务质量标准及操作流程；
2. Know the management patterns of operations, the standards of  quality service and the operating procedures in hospitality industry well.
3、掌握酒店业培训体系和人才培养建设；
3. Master the  training system and talent program in Hospitality Industry . 
4、熟知酒店各岗位绩效考核指标和方案；
4. Be familiar with standards & strategies of performance assessment of each position in hotels.
5、具备酒店业财务管理知识和分析数据报表的能力；
5. Gifted in analyzing data reports and financial management.
6、熟悉各种酒店管理系统（例如：Opera系统）、财务系统；
6. Be familiar with hotel management & financial systems, such as Opera System.
 
岗位职责：
Responsibilities:
1、负责集团旗下所有酒店的全面营运管理，使所有集团旗下品牌酒店获取最大的经营利润,强化质量标准。
1. Be in charge of overall operational management  of  hotels and enhance the quality standards to maximize the profits of the hotel group.
2、制定部门各项规章制度，监督、管理成员酒店运营品质。
2. Formulate Rules &Regulations and then supervise & regulate the operations in each hotel.
3、根据酒店业市场变化情况和各酒店实际情况，协助制定和修改集团长期、短期发展战略目标及经营策略。
3. Assist in formulating and renewing the long-term & short-term plans & strategies in response to the development of the hotel market and the physical situations of each member hotel. 
4、控制、监督各酒店的年度预算、营收利润和任务指标的执行情况，及时提出可行性方案和拿出整改意见，确保顺利完成年度经营指标。
4. Control & monitor the annual budget, revenue and the fulfillment of goals in each member hotel, and then give in-time practical strategies to make sure that the annual goal would be archived successfully.  
5、监管整个酒店集团人才培养体系和人才梯队建设的执行情况。
5. Supervise the talent program in hotel group and the development of structure of hotel talents.
