30—45岁。具备餐饮连锁企业运营管理工作经验。

Experience: In an administrative position in chain restaurants.
岗位职责：
Responsibilities:
1、负责集团旗下餐饮（中餐/西餐）连锁集团整体运营管理。
1.Be responsible for overall operations of the whole group.

2、负责制定市场监察管理制度和门店管理制度及运营管理优化制度。
2.Make up regulatory system of  market, store management and perfecting operation management.

3、负责制定门店店总考核管理方案，并对各店下达月度、季度、年度销售指标和运营费用率控制指标，同时对各门店店总进行考核。
3.Set up standards of performance assessment of the general manager of each store and conduct the evaluation work.
   Give monthly, quarterly and annually sale targets as well ascontrolling indicators of operating rates to each store.

4、负责对各门店运营评审，并认真贯彻、执行总公司的各项决议。
4.Review the operations of each store and earnestly carry out every decision made by home office.

5、负责审核各门店店总月度年度经营计划，并对存在的问题做出处理。
5.Review monthly and annually plans of each store, then help solve out  existing problems.
6、负责总公司各职能中心与门店之间的衔接与协调工作.
6.Be responsible for the cohesions and coordination work between function centers from home office and stores.

7、负责建立健全组织结构，不断完善营运系统管理机制。
7. Be responsible for establishing and perfecting the company’s organizational structure,and keep on   improving administrative design of operating system.

8、负责对储备店总和储备干部的培训、测评与考核。
8. Be responsible for arranging training, assessment and examination for reserve administrative talents.

9、组织总部各职能中心，对各门店进行季度、年度运营综合大检查。
9. Organize each function center from home office to conduct comprehensiveinspection on every store  quarterly and annually as well. 

10、参与对各门店工程维修验收评审、采购评审,新产品推广的评审工作。
10. Take part in reviewing check & acceptance of engineering maintenance,procurement and the  promotion work of new product in each store.

11、建立运营优化/监察机制。
11. Establish perfecting & regulatory system of operations.
