Annual Pay:RMB800,000---1,200,000yuan.
任职资格：
Requirements:
1. 30-45岁，本科以上学历，有知名大型连锁公司或连锁餐饮采购管理经验者优先；

  Education:Bachelor Degree
  Experience:Have worked for a large chain company or worked as a purchasing manager for a catering group.
2. 具有采购专业知识和实操能力，7年以上采购经验，具有2年以上同此岗位工作经验；
2.Have a good knowledge of purchasing and practical ability in this field.
  Have more than seven years working experience in purchasing.
  Have been in the required position for more than two years.
3. 熟练掌握办公软件，如WORD、EXCEL等；
3.Master office software well,such as WORD & EXCEL.
4. 执行力强，有良好的沟通、协调能力、领导能力。
4.Have a strong ability of execution,communication,coordination and leadership.

岗位职责：
Resposibilities:
1. 全面负责（食品或非食品）餐饮物料采购部门的工作，根据各门店各部门的物资需求制定物料采购计划，审批后组织实施。
1.Take overall charge of Purchasing Dept.Make up purchasing plan according to needs of each Dept. in each store and then carry it out.
2. 对集团各门店各部门物资需求及消耗情况进行调查研究，熟悉各种物资的供应渠道和市场变化。
2.Research into Material Demands & Consumption in every Dept.in each store. Know  the change of temporary market & supplies well.
3. 指导并监督下属开展业务，不断提高业务技能，确保集团物资的正常采购量。
3.Conduct & supervise subordinates' work performance and help improve their business skills to ensure certain amount of purchasing.
4. 检查监督本部门采购人员的工作进程及价格控制。
4.Check & Regulate the overall performance of the Dept.and conduct price control wisely.
