年薪50-80万
Annual Pay:RMB500,000-800,000yuan.
 
任职资格：
Requirements:
1、男女不限，30-45岁，专科以上学历，酒店、旅游管理专业或其它专业管理；
1.Age:30-45 years old.
   Education:College Degree above with mojor in hotel management,travel management or other administrative major.
2、了解品牌咖啡文化及市场运营模式，熟悉店面筹建及运营管理，掌握咖啡店各项流程的制定、执行；
2.Know the brand culture of cafe and its operating pattern.
   Familiar with the Pre-opening work as well as the oprating management.
   Master in making up & implementing every regulation in cafe store.
3、精通团队管理、店务管理；
3.Experienced in team management & store business management.
4、熟悉咖啡店经营方式、服务标准，对产品品质、服务质量有较强管控能力，善于处理顾客投诉和其他突发事件的处理能力
4.Know the operating paterns & service quliaty standards well.
   Have a strong ability of regulating the quality of product itself & the services.
   Be good at dealing with customer complaints and any other incidents.
5、有3年以上餐饮连锁营运管理工作能力，有管理、培训、市场营销等方面的综合素质；有良好的心理承受压力能力；
5.Have been working in a chain catering concerning operating management for three years.
   Be talented in the areas of management,training and marketing.
   Can sustain great pressure.
6、能接受公司外派的安排需求。
