任职资格：
Requirements:

1、营销、前厅、餐饮、房务等酒店重点服务部门出身尤佳。
1.Have worked in such leading departments as Marketing dept.,Front Door Dept.,Food & Beverage Dept.,House Keeping Dept..

2、职业生涯初期在国际联号酒店工作，至少做到总监级别以上，后期任五星级酒店总经理（国际.国内均可），总经理同岗位工作经验不少于3年。
2.Be in a position that is superior to Director of international brand hotel at the very begining and then be named as GM of a 5-star hotel.
  Be in the same position as GM for at least three years.
岗位职责：
Responsibilities:

1、制定及实施项目年度工作计划及预算，完成各类经营管理及绩效考核指标，严格控制开支成本，努力实现节能降耗；
1.Give & Executive annual plans & budget,accomplish indicators of performance assessments of each position,strictly control all expenses,and try to save energy & reduce consumption.

2、统筹项目日常管理工作，分解计划任务，制定实施方案，指导、监督、考核部门执行情况；
2.Take overall responsibility in routines,divide the plan into practical procedures and make it carried out steadily.Conduct & Supervise & Evaluate the implement of each plan in the relavent Dept..

3、组织并实施项目的专业技术知识、体系文件、作业规范等内容的培训，进行培训效果的监督检查；
3.Arrange training on professional skills,regulations and systematic documents,and then review on the effect of this training.

4、协助参与市场拓展以及各类预算、方案制定；
4.Help boost business development,give every budget and make up all kinds of developmental plans.

5、协助总部进行计划考察、培养项目的后备人才梯队。
5. Assist home office in inspecting the implement of every plan and carrying out talent program.
