任职资格：
1、45岁以下，外貌气质良好；
2、10年以上酒店从业经验，5年以上相关岗位工作经验；
3、本科以上学历；熟悉OFFICE等办公软件操作；
4、通晓酒店管理知识，具备较强质量管理等方面的经验和知识，了解酒店管理领域专业知识
5、具有本地劳动和雇佣法的知识；具有解决问题、推理、号召、组织和培训能力；具有很强的自我约束能力、判断能力、沟通能力、计划与执行能力、员工服务能力；
6、开朗、外向、大方，富有良好的沟通与亲和力。
	

岗位职责：
1、经酒店集团授权，负责对集团内所有酒店进行全面的宾客满意度调查、质量检查、监督。
2、在开展宾客满意度调查、质量检查工作时，应秉公办事，一切依照制度办事，根据企业的经营方针和各项工作标准制定企业的质量管理计划和开展质量活动方案，并组织实施。
3、收集、整理、分析、调研、储存、反馈、传递质量检查信息，并确保信息的真实性，切合实际地提出合理化建议和处理措施。
4、负责制定质量体系管理的考核标准和考核表格并组织实施。
5、负责组织建立企业的质量管理体系，健全质量管理网络，开展系列质量管理活动，使企业的质量管理日趋完善，达到常态化、标准化。


 Position:Director of QC
Location:Sichuan,China
Annual Pay:RMB300,000-500,000yuan.


Requirements:
1.Under the age of 45 with good looking appearence.
2.Have been engaged in Hospitality Industry for more than ten years and being in a relervant position to QC for at least five years.
3.College degree or above,and operate sofeware well,such as OFFICE. 
4.Have a good knowledge of Hotel Management,especially in QC management.
5.Familiar with the local Labour Law,and be talented in problem-solving,reasoning,training,communication,planning and implement.
6.Be a nice person with outgoing personality.

Responsibilities:

1.Conduct Guest Satisfaction Inquiry,QC and overal supervision of hotels under the authorization of the Group Hotel imparcially in accordence with every single regulation,and make up QC plan as well as carrying it out.
2.Collect,sort,analyze,research,record,transform authentic QC Information and quickly give feedback,and then give practical resolution advices.
3.Responsible for giving evaluating standards of QC System,and then conduct evaluation.
4.Responsible for conducting inspection,supervision,assessment,research work on spot in different styles and correct the defect timely.
5.Review QC work and creat a training material for hotels in order to help them out of going into a similar situation.
6.President the monthly Quality Analyzing Meeting.
