任职资格：
1、30-45岁，大专以上学历；
2、有国际联号或者国内品牌部门负责人3年以上经历，要直接向总经理汇报工作的，华住、万达、世贸、锦江、开元、木棉花等同类品牌出身为佳；
3、2年以上单体酒店同岗位工作经验；
4、港台、东南亚的人选优先考虑；
5、最好有酒店筹开经验的；


岗位职责：
1、制定及实施项目年度工作计划及预算，完成各类经营管理及绩效考核指标，严格控制开支成本，努力实现节能降耗；
2、统筹项目日常管理工作，分解计划任务，制定实施方案，指导、监督、考核部门执行情况；
3、组织并实施项目的专业技术知识、体系文件、作业规范等内容的培训，进行培训效果的监督检查；
4、协助参与市场拓展以及各类预算、方案制定；
5、协助总部进行计划考察、培养项目的后备人才梯队。


Requirements:
1.Age:From 30 to 40 years old.
2.College Degree and above.
3.Be in the position of department leader that who report to the GM directly for International Brand Hotels or China Brand Hotels,like Jinjiang,Huazhu,Wanda,Shimao ext.for at least three years,. 
5.Be in the position of Hotel GM for more than 2 years.
6.People from HK,Taiwan or South-east Asia with a pre-opening working experience would be better.

Responsibilities:
1.Give & Executive annual plans & budget,accomplish indicators of performance assessments of each position,strictly control all expenses,and try to save energy & reduce consumption.
2.Take overall responsibility in routines,divide the plan into practical procedures and make it carried out steadily.Conduct & Supervise & Evaluate the implement of each plan in the relavent Dept..
3.Arrange training on professional skills,regulations and systematic documents,and then review on the effect of this training.
4.Help boost business development,give every budget and make up all kinds of developmental plans.
5. Assist home office in inspecting the implement of every plan and carrying out talent program.
