年薪50-60万
 
任职资格：
1、男女不限，年龄40岁左右，大专以上学历，旅游或酒店管理相关专业。
2、至少5年以上连锁、精品宾馆相关职务经历。
3、具备极强的事业心和责任感，擅长新酒店拓展筹备、营销管理、团队建设和运营成本控制等；
4、具有较强的领导能力、统筹、沟通、协调能力、团队管理能力和对外公关能力。
 
岗位职责：
1、组织制定实施酒店经营战略、经营方针、年度经营计划，并按计划运营酒店以及各附属项目。
2、以上市为目标，以公司酒店/人才公寓项目为依托，充分利用公司现有内外部资源开发新的连锁精品酒店品牌。
3、积极探索和借鉴知名连锁酒店的公司运营模式，建立健全酒店管理系统和操作流程。
4、在公司自有酒店项目外，以租赁、合作、管理输出或其他有效模式，积极拓展、承接酒店管理项目。
5、参与或主持拟建、在建、拟开发酒店项目的规划设计、工程管理、营销策划、酒店布局、前期筹备、团队建设等工作。



Position:COO for Hotel Group in Shanghai 
Annual Pay:RMB500,000-600,000yuan.


Requirements:
1.College Degree or above with a major of Hotel Management
2.About 40 years old.
3.Ambitious and with a great sense of responsibility.Experienced in pre-opening business,marketing planning,team building and cost-control.
4.A 5-year similar experience to the required position in Chain Hotels or Boutique Hotels.
5.With a strong ability of leadership,communication,coordination,team building,overall management and good public relationship maintaining.


Responsibilities:
1.Help set up operational strategies & annual tragets as well as carry them out step by step with the team.
2.Build up more boutique hotels with a full useage of the present sources to become the listed company.
3.Perfect the Hotel Management System & Operational Procedures after deep research into other operational patterns from Brand Chain Hotel.
4.Besides taking responsibility for own hotels,develop more hotel management items by rental,cooperative and other effective forms.
5.Take part in or even preside pre-opening items.
