任职资格：
1、有3年及以上餐饮运营管理经验，对餐饮连锁服务质量管理体系架构、培训以及晋升体系创建且熟悉的资深餐饮人
2、对上海市场熟悉优先；
3、年龄35-50岁；
 
岗位职责：
1负责公司品牌业务督导与管理；
2参与公司高层决策，统筹公司总体营运设计方案，并负责组织实施； 
3根据公司的总体经营规划，确保完成公司下达的各项任务； 
4负责监督、指导、考核、评估下属部门各项工作，提高工作效率，控制营运成本，建立有效的 团队协作机制，处理重大事件，维护公司利益；
5开展调查调研工作，分析各店经营管理情况，随时收集市场信息，制订客源市场的开发计划，为公司管理决策提供参考依据，根据市场状况及时调整经营策略；

Requirements:
1.Have engaged in catering operational administration for at least three years,so be skilled in building and perfect the system of Supervising Service Quality,Talent Programm.
2.Candidates who are familiar with the local market in Shanghai share a priority.
3.Age Range:35-50 years old. 


Responsibilities:
1.Take responsibility for supervising and conducting branding business development.
2.Participate in decision-making and plan to carry overall stategies out in a more practical way.
3.To get each given task done.
4.Take responsible for subsidiary department to help achieve a better cost-control,a more effective and productive team to maintain company profits.
5.Conduct Market Researching Plans and collecting the latest news from the local market to help adapt Business Development Strategy to the local market.
