Position Summary职位概述
 
Train and supervise team members in their duties in order to promote courtesy and efficiency and to take pride in their duties.

1.         Properly train all new team members of the daily room service operations, including safety and sanitation procedures.

2.         Control work flow and assignment of work on designated shift.

3.         Ensure that all team members on assigned shift follow established policies and procedures.

4.         Monitor and ensure the quick delivery of all orders.

5.         Perform appropriate follow up with guests pertaining to table return procedures.

6.         Responsible for effective handling of all hospitality requests and VIP service.

21.     All team members delivering services must wear clean, well maintained, clearly identified uniforms.

22.     Execute the project responsibilities in the hotel project team(s).
