职位描述

RESPONSIBILITIES职责:

 

·         Support the overall strategic management of the sales section by establishing effective working relationships with colleagues in all departments.

·         与各部门同事建立良好的工作关系,以便使销售政策更好的运用于销售领域。

·         Assist DOS to research, produce, gain agreement, implements and monitors the annual Revenue Plan in the room, banquet and sales administration segments.

·         协助DOS研究及生产,以便达成共识,贯彻和监督每年度在客房销售方面的收入。

·         Ensure that all revenue related systems are kept up to date with accurate information.

·         确保所有与系统相关的信息的精确性

·         Implement and maintain selling procedures in room sales.

·         实施和保持客房销售过程。

·         Monitor, against agreed targets the performance of key accounts in conjunction with sales, reservations; and to participate actively in the ongoing management of key accounts.

·         监督和销售,预定相关的主要客户的业绩,积极参与主要客户的不断管理。

·         Develop individual skills and performance to the highest possible level through detailed performance reviews, coaching and training.

·         通过训练和培训,更好的提升个人技能使工作业绩达到更高水平。

·         Maintain effective working relationships with national sales and revenue management functions to add value to the hotel’s commercial performance.

·         建立良好销售关系,加强收入管理,为酒店增加效益。

·         Assist DOS to provide direction and follow up on the activities of sales team, through a daily/weekly review of all sales call reports, and re-cap sheets.

·         协助销售总监为销售团队的销售活动通过每天,每周的电话报告和回顾表格指引方向,跟进。

·         Attend on a weekly basis the sales meeting with all assistants and Sales Manager to communicate the specific information of the requirements of all forthcoming groups, functions and events, and assign any special jobs that may be required.

·         和销售经理,销售助理一起,参加每周的销售会议,就即将到来的团队,会议,活动的一些详细信息进行沟通,安排一些可能需要的工作。  

·         Assist DOS to schedule detailed action plans to support the Revenue proposal for all sections related to Sales Department.

·         协助销售总监为与销售部相关的部门安排具体的行动计划来支持收入计划。

·         Monitor and improve sales account productivity and improve conversion of leads.

·         监督和提高销售客户业绩和提高业务转化。

·         Supervise the activities of the sales manager and coordinator to ensure that all inquiries are promptly handled, groups are followed up on and re-bookings made, all tentative groups are followed up on. All requests of the clients are carried out taking into account the regard for the hotel’s profitability.

·         监督销售经理和协调员,确保所有的询价能及时有效的处理,跟进团和做预定,询价团及时跟进。客户所有的要求根据酒店的利益来进行考虑。

·         Check all communication is forwarded to Operations to ensure the details discussed are prepared as expected and for guest satisfaction

·         和运作部门的有效沟通,以确保细节的准备以达到客户的满意。

·         Ensure all accounts are updated on Delphi and reports submitted (Print outs of account profiles).

·         确保所有在Delphi上的数据的更新和报告的递交

·         Ensure traces are printed daily from Delphi by the sales coordinator and distributed to the Sales team for action.

·         确保销售协调员每天从Delphi打印出文件并分发给销售部成员实施。

·         Assist DOS in training and development issues of the team members.

·         协助销售总监培养和发展团队成员。

·         Advise DOS of cooperative marketing opportunities.

·         建议销售总监抓住市场机遇。

·         Conduct site inspections for major decision market as necessary.

·         为必要的市场决策做调查。

·         Review weekly occupancy chart, daily report and insure all competitor information received in time.

·         回顾每周入住率,日常报告,确保竞争者的信息及时地接收。

·         Assist DOS in liaison with local representatives.

·         协助销售总监与地方代表的联系。

·         Conduct joint sales calls with sales representative to generate more revenues.

·         进行联合销售电话与销售代表联系,以创造更多的收入。

·         Involve in negotiation of key / potential accounts.

·         参与和主要客户和潜在客户的谈判。

·         Guidance / check weekly sales activity plan - DOS

·         每周协助销售总监引导和检查销售活动。

·         Liaise with HRCC / ISO / NSO

·         联络HRCC / ISO / NSO

·         Attend travel trade shows and conduct sales trip to key markets.

·         参加旅游贸易展览和进行销售之行的主要市场。

·         Plan and organize sales activities, i.e. bookers’ party, appreciation events, etc.

·         计划和组织销售活动,订房人活动,客户答谢活动等。

·         Attend the daily sales briefing

·         参与每日的销售简报

·         Attend / conduct banquet forecast meeting on a weekly basis.

·         参加每周的宴会预测会议。

·         Liaise and follow up with support departments to ensure that special projects assigned by DOS are carried out.

·         配合部门,确保DOS所安排的特殊计划的执行。

·         Maintain accuracy of all bookings and other data

·         确保预约和其它数据的准确性。

·         Ensure that all companies have a file and all correspondence has been filed accordingly, with correct and up-dated information recorded.

·         确保所有公司都有相应的文件正确的分类和新建。

·         Assist DOS in recruitment and team member development

·         协助销售总监招聘和团队建设。

·         Conduct departmental training for team member to improve product knowledge and procedure awareness.

·         为员工安排部门培训以便提高产品知识和过程意识。

·         Does any special assignment as assigned by the Director of Sales.

·         任何其他销售总监指派的工作。

 

JOB QUALIFICATION 任职要求

  • 性别要求:男性/女性
  • Age 28~35 years      old
  • 年龄要求:28-35岁。
  • Degree      of Education above junior college
  • 文化程度:大学专科以上文化程度或同等学历。
  • Language      requirement 6 level of tourism & hotel English
  • 语言要求:达到旅游饭店英语的L6水平。
  • Job      Experiencemore than 5 years hotel working experience of      Sales
  • 工作经验:5年以上酒店销售经验
  • Addition Know the      marketing information and Sales skill , Have some account relationship

                  For business  .

  • 素质要求:熟悉并了解市场信息, 有很强的销售技巧, 并和一些客户有很很好的关系
