RESPONSIBILITIES职责:
· Support the overall strategic management of the sales section by establishing effective working relationships with colleagues, in particular the Director of Business Development, Assistant Revenue Manager, Credit Manager, Food & Beverage Team, Regional Director of Sales.

· Research, produce, gain agreement, implements and monitors the annual Revenue Plan in the room, banquet,room and sales administration segments. Throughout the year, updating as necessary.

· Ensure that all Delphi systems are kept up to date with accurate information and all HI standards are complied fully.

· Implement and maintain selling procedures in events &catering sales.
· 贯彻并维持宴会和外卖销售的程序。
· Monitor, against agreed targets the performance of key C&E accounts in conjunction with sales, reservations; and to participate actively in the ongoing management of key accounts.
· 监督管理销售部,预定部与关键 C&E 客户合作的销售目标计划及进展;积极的参与与主要C&E客户的合作和管理。
· Develop individual skills and performance to the highest possible level through detailed performance reviews, coaching and training.

· Maintain effective working relationships with international / national sales and revenue management functions to add value to the hotel’s commercial performance.

· Provide direction and follow up on the activities of her team, through a daily/weekly review of all C&E reports, and re-cap sheets

· Conduct on a daily basis operations Team with all assistants and Sales Manager to communicate the specific information of the requirements of all forthcoming functions and events, and assign any special jobs that may be required.

· Schedule detailed action plans to support the Revenue proposal for all sections related to C&E Department.

· Monitor and improve sales account productivity and improve conversation of C&E leads.

· Supervise the activities of the Events sales manager and Events Coordinator to ensure that all inquiries are promptly handled, groups are followed up on and re-bookings made, all tentative groups are followed up on. All requests of the clients are carried out taking into account the regard for the hotel’s profitability.

· Check all communication is forwarded to Operations to ensure the details discussed are prepared as expected and for guest satisfaction

· Ensure all accounts are updated on Delphi and reports submitted (Print outs of account profiles)

· Ensure traces are printed daily from Delphi by the Events coordinator and distributed to the Sales team for action.

· Assist DBD in liaison with local representatives.

· Monitor & update the C&E conversion tracker to RDOR

· Attend the daily DBD morning briefing.

· Attend the REVROOM on a weekly basis.

· Attend the department heads meeting on a weekly basis.

· Liaise and follow up with support departments to ensure that special projects assigned are carried out.

· Maintain accuracy of all bookings and other data

· Ensure that all companies have a file and all correspondence has been filed accordingly, with correct and up-dated information recorded.

· Approve all vacation planning for the C&E Sales .

· Recruit all staff for the C&E team and dispense disciplinary action as the need arises
