1.Enhances guest recognition at all times by addressing guest by name and interacting with them on a professional level.

2.Always offer alternatives if a requestedservice are unavailable within the facilities capabilities.
如不能提供客人所需服务，应给客人提供另外的推荐选择。
3.To be visible to guests by beingpresent at the reception area as facilities with fullgrooming.

4.Be fully conversant with allservices and Hot Spring facilities in order to be able tomake helpful recommendations, and to be able to up-sell services and cross sellproducts.

5.Accepts and accurately records all guestbookings for services in accordance with departmental procedures.
